Neville Chamberlain

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Chamberlain is the Chairman of International Acquisitions Services, Inc. (IAS), a private investment banking firm, which was founded in 1981. IAS specializes in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, advisory services to listed NYSE Companies and capital raising for a broad spectrum of industries. IAS also provides specialized asset-based financing to corporations and high-net-worth individuals and acts as agent for numerous commercial banks in executing foreign exchange transactions. IAS have originated and put in place financial transactions having a value in excess of $7 billion. Such transactions have included debt and equity placements, syndications, sales and purchases of a wide variety of Companies to domestic and offshore Corporations. From 1976 to 1981, Mr. Chamberlain was Senior Vice President of American Express, Inc. responsible for all international operations, including setting up credit card subsidiaries and programs around the world, as well as foreign exchange, exchange control and compliance, transfer pricing policies and procedures and banking relations. From 1973 to 1976, Mr. Chamberlain was Vice President - Finance of Columbia Broadcasting Services (CBS), responsible for strategic acquisitions, strategic planning and other activities. From 1970 to 1972, he was Senior Vice President - International for Becker Industries, Inc., responsible for setting up manufacturing operations outside the United States and other matters. From 1967 to 1970, he was a senior auditor of Arthur Anderson & Co. Mr. Chamberlain is a Chartered Accountant and received a B.Sc. in Finance and an M.B.A. from St. Aloysius College and a Bachelor of Economics from the London School of Economics.

I.L.Horsburgh

Senior Vice President

Mr Horsburgh has over 40 years experience in banking and principal investments. Mr Horsburgh has helped recapitalise several distressed companies, including Bonneville Pacific, Shared Technologies Fairchild, O'Brien Environmental, Geonex, KTI and Saudi Bellesli Heavy Industries, and pre-IPO investments in several European and US high technology companies that subsequently went public in the USA, including Stratasys and I-Magic. Mr Horsburgh was previously Chairman of Global Investment Systems, a mutual fund accounting company that was purchased from Price Waterhouse and eventually sold to the executive management. Pre-2008, in conjunction with Bastide SA Mr Horsburgh helped raise over $400 million for the Airlie Fixed Income Fund and the Helios S.A. India Fund.

Prior to that Mr Horsburgh was Senior Vice President of the New York Branch of the Bank of Yokohama, and General Manager of the New York Branch of Gulf Bank of Kuwait. When the Bank made a strategic decision to exit the US market Mr Horsburgh sold off the loan and bond portfolio at a profit. Mr Horsburgh started his banking career at Continental Illinois Bank, now part of Bank of America, where he was a Vice President in charge of several of the Bank's most substantial relationships such as American Express, GE and Phibro. In London he helped execute one of the first currency exchange agreements between ICI and Boskalis N.V. and in New York he set up several more for Avon, Avis and Sperry Rand. Mr Horsburgh was educated at Shrewsbury School in England, Oxford University (M.A.) and Harvard Business School ( MBA).

Ms. C. Moseley

Senior Vice President

Ms. C. Moseley has over 15 years of experience in Banking and loan origination, produces business plans and road show presentations to major financial institutions. Prior to joining IAS Ms. Moseley worked for Arbor Commercial Mortgage responsible for Structured Financing by analyzing new deals as well as the underwriting of deals for funding. Ms. Moseley was educated at Long Island University at C.W. Post and has a B.A. in Economics, Cum Laude.

Mr. D. Heslop

UK Representative

Mr. D. Heslop early days at Trebor were followed as general manager export for for Baxter Travenol. In 1985 through 2005 joined the MCL/AGL Group where he was Group CEO having filled positions including Chairman of both Mazda and Kia cars, as well as MCL finance, Amethyst Logistics and Autolink Retail. Mr. Heslop recently completed an assignment as CEO of Expotel.

Mr. Heslop attended Liverpool University and the London Business School where he attained a BSC, MSC and MBA.
